How do you change the default directory from C:/ to D:/ for storage of docs in windows xp?

Press start.



Right click on the 'My Documents' link. then hit 'Properties'



On the front page there is the 'Target' for the file... Change that and its done....How do you change the default directory from C:/ to D:/ for storage of docs in windows xp?

Start - My Documents - Right Click to get properties - Type the Directory then click apply.
