I have two volumes in my Computer. C: and V:. When I open the Command Prompt, the directory is C:\Users (cont)?

How do I change the directory to my V:? What command can be used?

the command cd\v: doesn't work as expected!I have two volumes in my Computer. C: and V:. When I open the Command Prompt, the directory is C:\Users (cont)?
';cd\v: doesn't work as expected';

The problem is that you are apparently ';expecting'; to change drives with a ';change directory'; command!

Just type ';v:'; at the c:\ prompt and it will change to v:\

Good luck!I have two volumes in my Computer. C: and V:. When I open the Command Prompt, the directory is C:\Users (cont)?
Just type V:
c: and v: are diffrent drives, you cannot cd betwen them.

Just type v: to change to the v: drive
