How to install a CD using Command promt or run menu in windows?

Hello, i' ve just got a CD/DVD, the installation instruction says:';Open ';Command Prompt'; or ';Run'; and change the directory to where CD-ROM/DVD-ROM is located, i.e. D:\



To run each PART, copy and paste the following directory and then, hit enter.



You can also copy all of the files to the HD and run the above instruction.



So i have a hard time understanding and installing this cd/dvd, please help.How to install a CD using Command promt or run menu in windows?
after inserting your cd you open the command prompt and the type D: and go to you cd/dvd drive then by dir command you check the list of file where try to find a exe file which name is like setup or install when you find the file type the file name in the command prompt and press enter your cd installation is start.



but if your cd/dvd driver need some extra supporting file which are create in the same directory then this file is not create in the cd/dvd because it is not write in this. Due to this reason I think the following instruction is give in your cd/dvd driver.How to install a CD using Command promt or run menu in windows?
sometimes when you put a program cd in, the cd will not start automatically. most of the time they do. open the command prompt and then change the path to the cd. like you will be at c: when you start, type cd e: if e is your cd rom. when the prompt says e: type dir and look for an exe file. the exe file will be the extension of a excuteable file like install.exe or setup.exe. when you find the file just type the name of the file and it will start for you.

the only ways are....



1. Default the CMOS

==Restart your pc

==Hit quickly the ';DELETE'; button when computer restarts

==Then press the mode that sets you pc to default

';i didn't say the exact word of you trying to press in that default, cuz every motherboard has different CMOS';



2. Restart the CMOS

==Turn off you pc

==Open your cpu (by screw driver etc.)

==In the motherboard, near the flat batter, there is a tiny 2- socketed chip attached to 2 of 3 pins.

==then you do is take out that chip then put it to the other side of the pin that i mention



Ex.

Legend: # =Chip/ + =Pins

This will be the position earlier

Then you be put it the another side



After 10 secs....

Put it to its original place



==then after that, open you pc
