how to proceed from there, please helpHow to install and run CD/ DVD using command prompt?
when you type DIR that lists all the folders, you have to get to the folder that contains the exe file you want to run. you do this by doing the following

get to command prompt

and then look for your cd drive it could be D: E: F: G: or any letter of the alphabet. once you change the letter, then run the DIR command. once you find the letter that is the cd/dvd drive. When you DIR the drive your in you need to look for a directory named oracle

then simply type Oracle 11i\skillb\SBDX.exe
