How can i change local user profile directory locations?

I want to change the profile directory for the user Mike from c:\documents and settings\mike to d:\my documents\user profileHow can i change local user profile directory locations?
In Windows XP:



Open Control Panel

Select User Accounts

Select Change an account

Pick an account to change (';Mike';)

Select Change my name

Overwrite ';Mike'; with ';user profile';

Click Change Name
